Management dashboard for a veterinary clinic
A dashboard to manage appointments, records, and payments for a clinic, replacing scattered spreadsheets with a single, orderly place.
The problem
The clinic managed appointments, records, and payments across several spreadsheets and notebooks. Information was duplicated, lost, and it was impossible to see the state of the day at a glance.
The solution
I designed a web dashboard with an appointment calendar, per-patient records, and payment tracking, all connected to a single database. The main screen shows the current day and pending tasks.
My role
I handled everything: the data model, the API, the interface, and the deployment. I worked directly with the owner to validate each flow before building it.
